>Before you even start pouring your bath, lay out a clean, fresh towl beside your bath so you don't get cold as soon as you hop out. I also have a magazine or book, my personal favourite Teen Vogue, which i can flick through whilst lying there. Try not to bring something that you really care about in the bath like a ipad or even a libary book because dropping these could be a disaster! Also keep a glass of cold water or juice by the bath, then if you get a bit hot and uncomfortable you can take a sip to cool you down. You can even put on some soothing music, I like the beach boys.
> When it comes to pouring the water try and get it to the perfect tempreture. I like mine boiling hot, but its what works for you. Now is also a good time to add bubble bath, I am washing my hair so decided not to...
> To make it the perfect atmosphere I like to light a few candles, I find they really calm me down and make me sleepy. But make sure you have your parents permission to do so first, the candle on the left is scented which also adds to the atmosphere ...
> Hair Products I like to use in the bath- You don't have to wash your hair in the bath, some prefer not to. However I cant really be botherd to have a shower after :/ (Lazy!)
Shampoo- I use Tresemme's Volume Shampoo. Im not an expert on shampoos but this seems to work.So far, since using this it has decreased the amount of split ends I get. However I havent noticed its not giving me much volume, maybe this is because my hair has alot of volume already.
Conditioner-Aussie Three minute Miricle- This works a treat! It makes my hair silkyer and softer. As I have thick hair that gets easily tangled this has become a bit of a life saver for me! Same as all the other Aussie products it smells AMAZING! I dont use it every time I wash my hair but around once a week to get the full affect.
For much more hair product advise check out Megan's post where you will find out alot more information.
Simple, Kind to Skin Invigorating Shower gel- I mentioned this in my last post, and how much I love it! You should definitely check it out.
Jhonson's baby oil- As the weather in Britain is freezing at the moment, this means dry skin. :( I use mosturiser, but for that extra moister I dug this product out from my box. It works well and my skin is super soft all the time. However athroughout the day it made my skin feel a bit greasy. I wouldnt use this on an everyday basis.
> After the bath
Aussie Dual personality, frizz control & Conditioning milk- I use this product after I get out of the shower to try and prevent my hair from going crazy or turning to knots (in my case dread locks!) It smells different to normal Aussie products, but just as good. I like the consistency of it alot. I was unsure when it said "Conditioning Milk" because I'm not a bit fan of really runny products that drip all over your hands: it is quite thick and easy to aply.
Garnier Body, Intensive Seven days ultra- softening Lotion- I love the feel that this gives my skin, and for me it does last a long time. I was automatically drawn in becasue of the "Shea Butter" sign. Shea butter makes me think, creamy, thick and just lovley! Once coating myself in this the smell lasts all day which it brilliant! I haven't tryed out many body lotions in my time, so if you could recommend any please write it in the comments down below because I really need your help!
Valseline Aloea Fresh- Well I suppose its just a deodorant? It has worked for me so far!
Nivea Sensitive Moisturiser, for Men- I know this says for men but I was in desperate need for some face moisturiser and my dads was there so I thought I would just use this. And ever since I have really liked it! Its completey unscented and just a plain moisturiser which is hard to find these days. My skin feels fesh, untouched and natural. Thanks Nivea.
Finish your evening off with a mug of hot choclate, all ready to sleep.
Thankyou for reading this, and I hope you have a nice bath tonight.Phoebe xox
